We have taken the universal Arduino NANO, the HX711 load cell amplifier and by interfacing them into our ALCI board, have created an incredibly useful single board sensor interface with extensive expansion possibilities.
The key Functions are:
2 channel load cell / strain gauge bridge interface
Powered by Mini B USB and/or 5 - 12Vdc
Serial output / input
20 way digital / analogue expansion I/O connector
2 fully addressable LED’s and micro switch
Physical bridge shunt calibration (CAL) switch
Remote access CAL enabling automatic calibration and function tests
Data rate selectable with jump link
Arduino NANO on headers for easy program swapping
The ALCI interface board can be seen as the hub of limitless sensing, monitoring and controlling for the hobbyist, student or industrial control environment.
